Homefire Hearth must be contacted for approval before any action is taken to return an item.
If an item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly by us we will assume all shipping costs to return and replace the item.
If the shipment is refused by the customer because of a change-of-mind, the customer will bear all shipping charges to and from their location.
Any Item may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. A full refund will be made on the sale minus the shipping costs to and from the original destination.
All returned products must be unused in their original container with original packaging and include all parts and manuals in order to receive a full refund.
